LaShanna Fountain, J.D. is a brilliant educator, leader, orator, writer, lawyer, and "corporate fixer" who has spent much of the last 15 years serving as an advisor and consultant to a host of corporate & celebrity clients, providing both unparalleled strategic counsel and a level of masterful dispute navigation that has made her the "go-to" person for high-end mediation, arbitration, and resolution.

As Chief Operations Officer for Number one Motivational Speaker in the World, Dr. Eric Thomas, LaShanna uses this same exceptional discernment and judgment as In-House counsel for Eric's private consulting firm Eric Thomas and Associates LLC.

A native of Atlanta, GA, both her personal and professional experiences have primed LaShanna for the challenging yet rewarding work of equipping individuals to not only respond to changes and adversities in their environments but to also adapt in ways that enable them to stay ahead of the competition, thrive amid challenges, and empower them in ways that support their goals of positively impacting their communities, organizations, and clientele.
